With growth and demand within the communications industry spiralling upwards it quickly became apparent that stand-alone communication systems would soon become a thing of the past. Telephone systems became computers and likewise computers became tools able to communicate cheaply and immediately over vast distances.

By 1995 Wirral Telecom was changing. Customer demands on our services led to an increase in personnel. New innovative personnel and superb technical backup from our suppliers allowed Wirral Telecom to become proficient and highly skilled in related areas.

By 2000 Wirral Telecom had a wealth of experience related to Electrical Installation, Service and Maintenance, Data Networks, Visual Display and Video Conferencing, Web-enabled CCTV and of course Telecommunications.

It was time to change our name.

In 2001, North West Electrocom was born. We updated our services and things were getting hot, we had to cool them. Air conditioning was added as an available service in 2003.

North West Electrocom now installs, maintains and services throughout the United Kingdom and has installations in France, Italy, Germany, Holland and Spain. Our Customer Base is expansive and includes our very first customer from 1992.

North West Electrocom continues to grow. Local government authority approval was gained in April 2005 and Polycom certification was gained in September 2005 and as unification with Europe progresses and regulations are imposed and then enforced, you can rely on us to provide solution after solution for your business needs regardless of size.
